WatchMatrix.TV is a free tool that arranges official embeds of streams from other platforms into a grid so you can watch several at once. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service is provided “as is”

WatchMatrix.TVis offered free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that any particular stream will be available or embeddable - that depends entirely on the source platform and the streamer’s own settings.

Third-party content

All videos and streams shown in WatchMatrix.TVbelong to their respective platforms and creators. We host no video ourselves; we only display each platform’s official embed. Your use of that content is also governed by the terms of the platform it comes from (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Rumble, X). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to view the content you add.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use WatchMatrix.TV to circumvent any platform’s access controls, DRM, or terms of service.
• Don’t attempt to download, rip, re-host, or redistribute the streamed content.
• Don’t use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Watch parties and the TV guide

A watch party only keeps everyone’s player in sync (play, pause, and position) — it transmits no video. Every participant watches from their own accounton the original service, subject to that service’s terms; WatchMatrix.TVdoes not re-host, rebroadcast, or redistribute any content. The TV guide links out to each service’s own site and never embeds it. You’re responsible for holding the rights and subscriptions needed for whatever you watch.

Intellectual property

The WatchMatrix.TV name and interface are ours. Trademarks and content of the streaming platforms belong to those platforms. We claim no ownership over any embedded content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchMatrix.TV and its authors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from third-party content displayed through it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept them.
